FRIDAY January 7

Objective: Students will be able to identify and label different types of propaganda.

Journal: FREE WRITE

Agenda: 1) Vocabulary Practice: ignominious, impromptu, canvass, procured, eloquence

2) Review Propaganda: Students will be shown a slideshow containing different examples of propaganda.  They will be asked to label each picture with the name of one of the 10 Main Types of Propaganda and explain how each picture represents each type of propaganda.

3) Complete Chapters 1-2 of Animal Farm and the question worksheets which go along with them.

 
HOMEWORK: Study for Monday's vocabulary quiz.
