Objective: Students will be able to identify heroic qualities in classic hero myths.

Journal: What qualities must one possess in order to be considered a true hero?  What must someone do to become a hero?

Agenda: 1) Vocabulary Exercise

2) Reading “Sigurd, the Dragon Slayer” pp. 673-679

3) Complete half of “Hero Chart”

Homework: Vocabulary Development pg. 672 #1-10
